We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Return Conditions

- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Not listed as a final sale or clearance item
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simple:
- Log into your account and navigate to your order history
- Select the order and items you wish to return
- Print the prepaid return label provided
- Package the item securely with all tags attached
- Drop off the package at any Australia Post location
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@qudosbrand.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Please check product listings carefully before purchasing sale items.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We provide a prepaid return label for a flat fee of $10, which is deducted from your refund. For faulty items, return shipping is free.
